Hi,

Not sure with more strict regulations - can you import a camera battery / charger package from US?
The seller wants $40US for shipping (and the good is only worth about $30) - and if you send it via Youshop, will it be sent?

Of course, the batter is lithium ion... it seems to be on the list of prohibited goods unless some strict packaging restriction is met.

Have you had any problems importing cellphones / batteries through Youshop?

Try Dealextreme instead. They have no problems shipping Lithium batteries (for free). Although you are admittedly taking a bit of risk in regards to quality of the product, they're so much cheaper it's worth a try.

Yes you can import them, I had a long discussion with someone from there when I was looking at youshopping a drill kit with batteries in it.

They are not bare cells - they are in a battery.

They are under the watt hours they state.

However based on mine and 2 friends results with a lack of repacking things that could be repacked easily and a resutling massive freight bill I will not be using them again.
