ripjack: Started Midnight Mass on Netflix. 2 episodes in and I'm not sure if I should keep going.
If anyone has seen it, does the pace pick up soon?

It's good, but not fast moving. If you aren't enjoying after 2 episodes it may not be for you.

Watched the final season of Superstore. Decidedly less enjoyable than the previous 5 seasons.

I finished episode 2 last night and I can see where it's going now. I think I'm going to wait until winter to finish the rest of the show because I don't think I'm in the right frame of mind at the moment.

Recently watched:

Unforgotten - finished S04 - very good 8/10

Blown away - good Netflix show for casual viewing

School of Chocolate - another good one for casual viewing

The Chestnut Man - 7/10

Foundation - really enjoyed the first season 8/10

Maid - Excellent 8.5/10

Started watching the second season of Dead To Me, definitely not as good as the first season, got bored and stopped watching half way through.

Only Murderers In The Building - very good first season 8/10

Ronny Chieng International Student 7/10.

2017 | 13 | 1 season | Sitcoms
Cynical but sincere Malaysian law student Ronny Chieng navigates cliques, culture clashes, and class drama in his first year at Melbourne University.

Student comedy. It's really well done. I can't recall seeing a better Netflix comedy serial. Bingeworthy.

The Book of Boba Fett  S1 E1 - Disney - 8/10

Looks very promising. I hope this continues in the same quality. Great to see another Kiwi in lead roles from big budget studios in Temuera Morrison.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

The Witcher (Netflix)

Latest season.  So far so good 8/10

The Tourist (On Demand)

A couple of episodes in and it's captured my attention.  Lots of twists and turns as a man with amnesia works to find out who he is and why someone is trying to kill him. 9/10

Cobra Kai (Netflix)

Season 4.  I'm tapping out half way through.  Season 1 was a neat blast from the past.  Seasons 2 and 3 expanded on the characters and took some interesting story lines meeting past characters which was cool.  Season 4 seems to be back to the same old conflict storyline.  I can't do it a 4th time, and they are making another???  Defies logic seeing the other cool shows that have been cancelled lately.  3/10.

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation

@floydbloke Both are great series so will look forward to those. IMDB says AL on 14 Jan as you say - do you know if it will that be in NZ on that date?

Really enjoying Yellowstone on Neon.

@ eracode My Netflix suggests that's indeed the case.
