Ive just seen that new dick smith finally were selling some decent computer monitors etc on their site. Slightly cheaper than PB's list GST inclusive price for the LG I was considering.

But their hidden away terms say that you have to pay the GST on the import of it. So it actually is a really crap price once you add all that on. Total price not shown on the site anywhere.

Three examples from the Dick Smith Holdings Annual Report 2015.

  • The CEO (remunerated $4.1 million for years 2015/2016 – with $2.5 million in cash);
  • The CFO (remunerated $2 million for years 2015/2016 – with $700,000 in cash); and
  • The Director of procurement and commercial director (remunerated $1.7 million for years 2015/2016 – with $800,000 in cash)
