freitasm: And this week a different user trying to create a thread met the same "Bad Words in post": this time the word was "S**T".

Seriously, with all the possible combinations in the universe, two different people in two weeks got to upload images with bad words in them. Imagine how many have normal words?

It almost seems to prove the Infinite Monkey Theorem.

PS. This is when doing a COPY/PASTE of an image directly into the editor when using Firefox. This browser will automatically convert the image to base64. This is not when uploading the image to our servers.

Ha ha, I'm not so sure about being labelled "different" - is that a good or bad thing ;-)

The image I copied and pasted was a screen shot of a Netflix page which was cropped in PowerPoint then pasted from within Chrome. Fun times.

On a more serious note, can the bad word detector be changed to not look at pasted images or their base64 derivative? Pasting is quicker and simpler for small images.

Gaah - had to modify the quote of the BDFL due to a bad word...

How long would it take them to type: "Hey, hey we're the Monkeys"?
