We got home about 9.10PM last nite and wife says "Come and look at this"    Saw coming  from the Rotorua direction over Pyes Pa  a  bright orange  light traveling  toward the kaimis.  Just as it was   about to vanish there was another and then a third from the same direction.   Each one stayed visible for about 3 minutes.  Thought  that they may have been Chines lanterns but as these were traveling at aircraft speed and there was no wind I ruled them out.   There  was no noise from these items.

The wife did a Google search and found a similar incidence at the end of 2012 in the same area.

Anyone else see this??

Local area 51??

Regards,

Old3eyes
