I have noticed a change to Gmail that only seems to have started in the last few days.
I am reading emails and suddenly a popup occurs like below asking if I want to add the mail sender to Google+ contacts
I cannot get rid of it. I certainly don't want to add this sender into contacts but there is no way to quit this popup. I have to resort to logging out of gmail and going back in. Has anyone else noticed this and is there a way to quit the popup without signing out. Its a real pain you cannot move it on screen ALT-F4 doesn't get rid of it.
Help!

Nope, I have a sidebar notification asking if I want to follow their G+ account. No popups here.

If you hover over a contact name in an email or chat that popup comes up. Has happened for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it seems to stick around till you click somewhere.
