Been trying to get hold of RCN for the last few days, but it's as if they're closed for some reason? No one answers the phone and their online store is also offline.

Anyone know what's going on? It's weird.

Do you mean RCN & Associates Limited, the e-waste and IT remarketing company? If so both their websites (rcn.co.nz and e-cycle.co.nz, not sure what online store you're referring to) is working fine for me on Tor. It doesn't work on my Slingshot internet connection, but nor does anything else on ICONZ so I guess there's some temporary routing problem (possibly dies at APE).

RapolloAV is down as well, seems to be a reasonably widespread issue.

RapolloAV are another one using ICONZ. However they work for me even on my Slingshot internet connection now, as do the other websites using ICONZ so I guess the problems are probably fixed.

Still not sure if this is what the OP is referring to, but either way a reminder perhaps that it's always useful to use one of the many different 'down for everyone or just down for me' type websites to check if a website problems may be local i.e. something to do with the route between you and the server but not the server, or the server itself is not working correctly (of course it could be something else like a DNS failure, your IP being banned). Alternatively try connecting with Tor is good enough in most cases.

Interesting it seems the Warehouse Group insurance websites are routing via ICONZ for me (although the actual IP is assigned to someone else), guess this explains why they weren't working earlier. Actually may have helped push a fix since I'm guessing Click Madness ensured there would be someone with problems who would report them. (Although perhaps it was also part of the problems, not that you would think the insurance websites would be hit that hard.)
