Paul1977:
But that story line about Clara influencing his past ended before The Day Of The Doctor, so I disagree with you there.

Ended in what way? Edit - not being argumentative, I'm just not clear on what you mean - ended as in, they stopped talking about it, ended as in, she's dead Jim, etc.

The safety was off on the Tardis, which could explain going to the Barn

I have no idea if that makes sense.

Ah, I see what you mean. I'm not sure if I agree or not; would have to go back and watch The Name of the Doctor...

That's a tiny quibble anyway. Not like the stupid gold arrow at the end of the Robin Hood one - that was just appalling!

Oh yeah, that was terrible. But hilariously terrible.

No, I'm pretty sure it was just plain terrible!

freitasm: A bit disappointed with the 2014 Christmas special. Previous year was so much more... epic.

I quite liked it. Nick Frost is always good value. But the inception esq plot stated pretty true to DW.

But I do agree it wasn't as good as some of the previous DWs.

Still enjoy watching the extra to see how it's all made.
