Disputes Tribunal works.

I told the person multiple times I would do it and told them it will cost them more if I do lodge a complaint. So I lodged the complaint and added to the amount the cost of lodging the complaint plus my time to do all the paperwork.

Got every cent out of them!

Hahahahaha nice move!!!

I got stung $130 a couple of years ago on TM for some IT bits that never arrived and the communication stopped.  As a result I now don't deal with traders with less than 10 positive selling feedback comments unless I am picking up.

TimA: What to do? Call police and log a report for it and get them to serve him? 


Serve him with what? This is a civil matter not a criminal one.

I was going to point you in the same direction as the thread insane referenced and suggest this method or the Disputes Tribunal are your only courses of action if you want a shot at getting your money back. Personally speaking, the non DT method looks like fun :-)
