Well I have gone for the doctor and introducing a new auction website for New Zealand.
Please wish me well (prayers appreciated)  I know it wont be easy as I did the exercise a few years ago and we only got about 1,000 registrations.

I couldnt believe that the old domain name was still available . and it sounds like an auction name!
Keeping it/domain unannounced till I have the site up and running with some semblance of professionalism. The PHP code is a reusable from my last auction site, so there should not be too much ado there.

However, if anyone wants to give me a hand with testing etc welcome just PM me.


Site fees Im open to suggestion but possibly I can do something like the first per user $100 of sales free thereafter a lower rate than TM.
I had a pretty sleepless night considering whether to repeat my previous effort and mulling over the possibilities and have a bunch of promotional ideas that may make it more successful than last time.
Hopefully the timing is right now since there is no Sella as competition and T&E both of which were around back then.
With the demise of Wheedle I might get a few sympathy votes!
