Is anyone from Auckland going to the IRL?

If so then maybe check and see if PeterReader wants to go too

<- don't ask me where I am - I haven't a clue: its a tech thing ;)
Housewife computerer: not particularly great at either.
And don't take me too seriously.

I am interested to know how many of you attending would be using social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)? I was approached by Strea.ma and thought of using it at the venue and perhaps on a Geekzone page during the event.

I'm in! Have got my ticket, booked flights, now just got to find a few days of reasonably priced accommodation :)

Chorus has spent $1.4 billion on making their xDSL broadband network faster and even more now as they are upgrading their rural Conklins. If your still stuck on ADSL or VDSL, why not spend $195 on a master filter install to make sure you are getting the most out of your connection?
I install - Naked DSL, DSL Master Splitters, VoIP, data cabling and general computer support for home and small business.

Cel-Fi supply and installer - boost your mobile phone coverage legally

Hello World, this looks fantastic.

I just received an email about it today at 3pm and jumped at the opportunity.

Not too sure what I am getting myself into but should be good to bring my inner geek out of me with others.

I have been a silent member for about five years.

I'll be showing up alone so will have to brush up on those interpersonal skills as I circumnavigate the room.

Any additional information about the event will be much appreciated...

Great introduction! Nothing much to add - it's an opportunity to meet other people who lurk around here, including people from other cities.

It will be great!
