DrCheese: Sure do 😊 But it's a secret. You have to be part of the cheese mafia to know my real name.

Or, David, I could just click through to your profile :)

Can't divulge this information. Sorry. One of the by-laws of the Ancient Society of Cheese Practitioners.

many years ago I needed a username for DC++, mashed the keyboard with one hand, and managed to hit the three letters on the bottom right hand side of the keyboard.  Was short, convenient and easy to type, hardly ever taken, so I went with it.

years later my wife pointed out to me that SXZ could be interpreted as "sexy" ("sexzee??").  I found that hilarious and hope no one thinks that is why I began using (and still use) SXZ!

DrCheese: My PhD thesis topic was cheese about 20 years ago. Still working in the dairy industry. Funnily enough, a lot of people still call me Dr Cheese at scientific conferences. They've probably forgotten my real name.

Do you have a real name?

Sure do 😊 But it's a secret. You have to be part of the cheese mafia to know my real name.
