Ok well if you don't want to pay those charges then you must be selling reasonably expensive things for the added time hassle to be worth the pay now fees which are quite low as far as merchant fees if you are a small time seller.

If there was a seller with the same item within a few bucks that has pay now and bothered to list shipping prices then I will go for them and expect the item to ship that day. Too many times trademe sellers disappoint.

I sell elsewhere (my own website etc) and use paypal (or bank transfer) , I dont mind paypal fees if I dont have an auction fee on top..

Its mostly a hobby though , and I dont have much messing about for bank transfers, its just a quick check to see if it has happened or not.
