And another no-show from Post Haste couriers. Of course, their call centre shuts at noon on Saturday so I have to wait until Monday to call them.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

The general lack of weekend service which makes me think I'm in 1977....

Geektastic: You Tube videos where the voice over is some form of text to speech app. Horrible.

Better than the mumble hissy crap that some people have on their videos. Laptop built in mic - sure, lets just use that so you can hear every damn mouseclick too.

At the risk of repeating myself, why these damned pointless videos in the first place? What is wrong with the written word? Is everyone a functional illiterate now?

I agree. When it's something technical like how to construct something, sure, use a video. But these days a lot of videos describe something that could easily be text - and indeed, text is better because it's easy to read and re-read. Scrolling back and forth through videos - especially when it has to rebuffer - is incredibly frustrating.

Yep, I go to a website, video starts playing or I nab it first. Then another starts playing.

Or, here is an interesting article, only 15 seconds of ads first. Close

I hurt my back the other day - damn it.
Since then, very minor tiny trivial things I'd normally just let go of have been annoying me.

Outgoing calls van skew the performance stats. Take another call and they are performing better.
