Sometimes when you're chasing the last few items held at the importer it can depend on when the retailer orders. I struck one that only forwarded the day's orders at 4pm each day. If it is important see if the retailer forwards the order as soon as you place it.

richms: Logistics centre stock means that the last update from the supplier showed stock but that's probably weeks old and someone else bought the one that they had thru another retailer so its gone. You will find all the usual places show stock but they are counting the same one that was sold already at the importer.

Or the importer is crap at stocktaking and its not there but they counted one once.

And if something shows one or two items in stock, particularly when standard stocks are dozens or hundreds, that often means it's out of stock and you're seeing a rounding error in stocktaking.

The App for Genesis. Why name it Energy IQ? So every time I need the Genesis App, I logically type Genesis in the App finder…nothing there. Then I  remember I need to know its other name Energy IQ to search within apps or swipe back and forth through pages of apps to find it. Lucky it’s orange and the colour helps when I don’t recall what it’s called. Who dreams up these ideas.

That would be Marketing who is 'adding value' and 'driving engagement'.

Finding out that the eldest son’s car is going to cost another $4600 to get it back on the road. After already paying out $2400 to get it to this point.

Poor kid was in tears last night.

I'm sick of picking up other lazy useless dog owners shit outside my property. Picking up a full shovel load a week. And walk any direction where I live, you will find crap everywhere.

All over the middle of the foot path and makes a real mess when it rains. Really, what is the issue with some people? Not that hard to pick up.

That's a brutal introduction to car ownership, poor lad.

We have two dogs and agree with the feeling.

On the annoyance topic, both of our dogs are female. One day, the older one was peeing. You know how female dogs pee: they squat. It looks very different from the position they take to poo too. That didn't stop one driver from shouting, "Collect the poo", while passing through.

Yes, driver. Assume everyone is an asshole, even though the dog wasn't doing a number 2.

I know somone who will be in that situation soon because they ignored everyone and decided that an old VAG product was what they wanted and were insistent on it. Kids and their social media influenced choices will always be funny.

My gripe is seeing the little blue baggie dumped. I often see them at the start of walking and bike tracks. The owner has done half the act where people were watching and then dropped the goods the moment they're out of sight. Great. Now we have plastic waste which will still be there in 1000 years instead of a poo which will only last until someone steps in it.

You gotta know your dog squats! LOL. Past dog owner but currently looking after a female dog. I've had foul looks just picking it up!

I'm not sure about male dogs, but the science of sniffing / counter peeing other dogs is a very complicated world ;-)

P.S. freitasm, you must have an override for bad words...

Yeah that is just lazy! Around here someone bags it, and drops it in the gutter.

The funniest thing is one dog pees, the other one comes, sniffs, and pees on top of that, then the first one comes back, sniffs again, and pee on top of that. Repeat a couple of times.

The bags are not always petroleum based plastic. Many are cornstarch based and are compostable. There is no excuse for leaving dog poo lying about but you only have to walk a dog to find out how much cat poo is also out there.
