NZHerald videos auto-playing when you press the "DON"T Auto play" button.

It bl**dy plays anyway! You have to press the video pause button to stop it playing!

That Office 365 makes you log in every time on your own computer instead of just giving you the option to stay logged in.

Stu: We were all children once. If there were no children the human race would die off. It makes no sense to have such an apparent hatred of children.

Why? Noisy, irritating and without point.

Reminds me of most of us here on GZ :-)

My thoughts are no longer my own and is probably representative of our media-controlled government

Contractors who do not grasp time and think "I need that by tomorrow at the latest" means "I need that when you can be bothered to remember to do it".

Computer and peripherals need an 8 way power board and even that could run out!

Green bins rubbish collection.

Yesterday, they did not even collect down our street.

So, this morning I phone green bins, give my address and they will say they will collect our bin.   I mention that the entire street was missed and she said they didn't know about that as no one has called.

Several hours later, a rubbish truck comes and empties just our bin, then disappears completely leaving all the other bins down the street full to the brim, and plastic rubbish bags ripped open and being strewn across the road by birds and animals.

I don't get this mentality. Surely the guy should have gone and collected the rest while he was there.

Large organisations who have not checked whether their email actually works. I emailed Radio NZ's technical people using the email address on the RNZ website.

It bounced saying that no such address exists...!

If the contract was written so that the contractor was fined $10,000 for every occurrence like this, I bet your bins would be collected...!

Ha ha perhaps.

It is rather odd though.  They returned sometime today and collected the bags and some bins, but, there are still a few full bins .

I think they must be only collecting the ones of people who phone .

Probably mentioned this before, but if car designers can come up with HUD's, lane departure warnings, check if you're dozing off, why is it so bloody difficult to design sun visors that don't leave gaps around the rear view mirror for the sun to shine through, which it always does, and visors that are too short when you swing them to the side to stop the sun shining in there, which it always does.

Supermarkets that make you walk through 500m of maze to get to the one thing you want that's next to the checkouts (I'm looking at you Pak N Save).

Stuff has an article on that terrible tower block fire in London. Go click on the video and it says 'The media could not be played."
