I can trump you there. I said way back in this thread: What's something small that really annoys me? Donald Trump's brain. tongue-out

Restaurants in foreign climes which, despite having literally hundreds of native English speakers eating at them every week, never think to ask one if they would mind correcting the English menu translation...!

The same goes for user guides or manuals. Instead of simply hiring a native English speaker to write one in coherent English, or at least review what they've written and correct it, they just pump out pure indecipherable garbage for the sake of a pittance.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
- John Stuart Mill

People on planes who stay seated until passengers start to exit and only then get up and muck around for ages getting their crap out of the overhead locker.

This isn't a particularly new complaint but... people who wear sunglasses inside. You're in a supermarket! TAKE THOSE SUNGLASSES OFF, YOU TOOL!

Also, something that doesn't annoy me so much as it makes me facepalm: grown men dressed in business attire zipping around the footpath on a kids razor scooter. You're an adult! Have some self respect! You're not zany! You're not cool or eccentric! You're an idiot! Comport yourself with dignity!

Some folks need to wear sunglasses or tinted glasses inside.

Some people have sensitive eyes. Many super markets are also very bright lights. So best not to judge people, as you can't tell just be looking at someone.

As for your first point, as someone with bright blue eyes, I really struggle with bright lights and esp glare is painful for me, so you'll see me wear sunglasses a lot as it makes things more comfortable. I can't drive at all without them.

1000000000% agree with your second point.
