^ reminds me of my ex's car. I was the one who kept it clean and tidy, she was the one who filled it up with rubbish.

Samsung and its bloatware filling up the entire on-board storage on my wife's J5.

(Leaving her unable to install any additional apps, this pre-installed crap can't be moved to the SD card and there is no easy option to use the SD card as 'internal' storage).

Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

It's enough to drive you away from Samsung...

It makes me think my next phone will be a Nokia or Pixel. The Note being business centric should be free from crap or all of it should be able to be deleted.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Disable the bloatware apps. As that causes them to be downgraded to the versions that the phone had when new. Hopefully that will free up some space.

Otherwise root the phone. Then you can permanently delete those apps.

Come on people!  Math!  It's not hard.

@Behodar was saying that Pizza Hut advertised the sauce for half a cent, but they actually wanted 50 cents.

BTW, I agree with Behodar's math - .50c is half a cent, not 50c.  $0.50c is barely acceptable.

People who say math instead of maths, but I'm sure you only did so to get a reaction.

I like the expression "do the math" because it is succinct and short.

Samsung apps that continually want to notify me about things.

* the "Samsung Internet" browser thing is notifying me about a "Quick Suggest" extension which will "Get exclusive deals, see reviews, and compare products while you shop online". Actually, no, Samsung, I don't want your ads.

* Samsung Pay, which I don't use and don't intend to ever use, has TWO unread notifications to me, but wants to be set up as the default "Tap and Pay" (which I also have no intention of ever using) app before it will show me them.

* Samsung "Smart Things" (fortunately uninstallable) which was notifying me about an "upgrade" that *needs* to read my GPS location.

You can't uninstall Samsung bloatware. The best you can do is disable each app. It should stop asking for updates etc.
