Acronyms.

Even worse, an acronym on a voucher with no definition on said voucher.

I thought FNB was some fairly new bank I'd never heard of in Singapore. Turns out it's food and beverage.

I've already broken out my Festivus pole.

I think there is surgery for that now.

All the Nitrogen does is keep the tyre inflated longer by slower loss through the rubber. I am not sure it's worth it

Whilst that's true, it's not significantly different to air. The only real difference is that the nitrogen is dry, so no pressure changes due to condensation/vaporisation of water.

Moisture comes out of air when it is compressed, which is why they have moisture traps on compressors.

My liver is getting rather annoyed with my decadence this time of year.

The cable on my overpriced crap razer gaming headset being so sensitive to rubbing on things since its one of those BS braided cables that are so impractical, that any movement and it sounds like a tsunami in my left ear.

Stick some heatshrink tubing over it.

The whole length? Wouldnt get over the USB plug anyway. I just use them as a last resort thing since the gaming PC desk is all over the place at the moment because I want to move it so had to get the screens attached to the desk on a different arm and not the wall.

Heres another annoyance. Now the screen bounces when I type which is the whole reason I put the screens on a wall arm in the first place. Ffffff

When you think of something small that really annoys you in the middle of the night, and can't recall what it was in the morning so you can share it with the lovely folks on Geekzone.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Lack of search function, within MS Word, to find a word in roamingcustom.dic (or indeed custom.dic itself).

Mine has >1000 words. I've resorted to using a windows shortcut to open the file and use e.g. Notepad++ to search it.

Planned obsolescence dressed up as a safety feature.

My UE Boom stopped working- failed batteries. Buy some new batteries from Jaycar and solder them in. Still not working. A protection circuit was refusing to allow the new batteries to work.

Problem fixed with a couple of small bits of wire from an old cat5 cable.
