spending a fair amount on a take away restaurant quality meal to make myself feel better after being sick for weeks, and finding a blowfly cooked onto my roasted tomato, and hoping that was the only one rather than the only one that I noticed.

Then calling up and them not seeming even slightly surprised, just casually mentioned I could come by for a refund.

Having to enter my credit card number to "buy" the PS4 monthly games for $0.00 a pop. It's frustrating to enter those details using a gamepad, and there's no reason for it; until about a year ago it'd happily download without having to enter anything.

Why not do it on a computer instead then? I always just add to cart and hit buy on PC, never been asked for a card or anything. Not like buying an actual game where I go thru verified by visa hell.

The first and foremost reason is that I didn't know it was possible.

Plastic bottles which require a lot of force use, and then squirt out much more than anyone would need.
Eg shampoo or sauce etc

Actually any bottle design that can’t be used by the elderly/mobility impaired.

Actually just dumb/poor design all round.

Changing the consistency of Whitlock's tomato chutney in the small bottle, it used to take a lot of effort to get the sauce out, this time i did what i normally do on a new bottle and poured half the bottle over my food. Why do companies have to change recipes when nothing is wrong with the original. i know a really small thing.

Common sense is not as common as you think.

When you get web pages, apps etc that have a box for you to type in...and the cursor does not automatically go in that box. Result: you type a sentence before realising no words are in the box....

Black Boxes, in reference to flight data and cockpit voice recorders. These are usually rescue orange to aid recovery.

I've read your last sentence about five times and have no idea what you're saying!

Edit: Coming back to it an hour later, I now see that "rescue orange" is a colour. As you were.

Shampoo bars from a NZ company. According to the CEO of this business, a normal shampoo is about 60-70% water

Wifer buys these for herself, I use shampoo. Tried using the bar and it is nice but I think it disappears a lot faster than shampoo...

Not a small thing to be honest, actually quite a big thing ...

When your CTO comes to a meeting with all the staff to talk about redundancies and the first words out of his mouth are "Hi everyone, sorry not had time to read the slide pack yet ..."

I use a shampoo bar from Lush. Lasts me a lot longer than a bottle. Useful when travelling too. Lush seems cheaper than the ones at the above link.
