someone that uses a fan instead of turning on the air conditioning in the heat of summer.
The air conditioning is much more effective!

Right...I'm back with more things that vex me.

Actually just the one at the moment:

People who walk in a clearly marked cycle lane (Beach Rd, Auckland CBD)...GAAAAHHHHH!!! What's wrong with people? It has big bicycles stencilled on the path...there's a massive pedestrian path just over the other side of this very wide path area. Why don't they stick to their bit? They'd soon complain if a bike/scooter came haring up behind them on the footpath!!

I'm sure this has been mentioned before and I'm not sure it's something to be considered 'small' but it's $705 to buy new ink for our office HP printer whereas I can buy the printer again for under $500.

I'm sure the new one wont have the full 3200 page toners, but that's a lot of money for just ink.

Our Internet connection was down this morning. I tried to update a local package in a local project, and it failed with "can't connect to nuget.org". And why, pray tell, is that necessary for a local package?!

That our Internet connection, and probably thousands of others, was down last night, apparently due to a car crash. What kind of Mickey Mouse network do we have if a single car crash can take down a big chunk of it?

Had to watch Sky. Like a frigging caveman :(

Constant whining over reclining seats in airplanes.

They're there, they exist.  Only people who can really sort that one way or another are the airlines themselves.
