Now for a little rant about some annoyances:

Headline on CNN today about some degenerate stabbing multiple cats. Made me want to throw up.

Yup.

There have also been headlines from North America about a man who beat his 5 year old son to death for eating his father's day cake, and yet another cemetery found in Canada, full of hundreds of bodies of children NOT cared for by church-run facilities, and great reluctance by those responsible (for what looks like genocidal neglect at best) to even acknowledge their part in the tragedy.

That someone who has been found guilty of many, many crimes against others can then get off on a technicality and will spend the rest of his life a free man.

So much injustice. Animals, children, women, everyone. There are good people in the world, but also an awful lot of monsters. Entire nations that murder and torture their citizens. I started to list them but there were too many. Even the less horrible ones are only less horrible by comparison. I hope aliens do judge us and wipe us out. We don't deserve to exist.

How is that solution any better than the what the "monsters" are doing? innocent will still suffer and be killed.

That seems to be the way nature works. Especially human nature. Our best hope is that something better comes along.

The news and social media distort the reality the world around you. Yes there is bad but the good far exceeds the bad. The good is seldom reported.

You'll never get consensus as to what's "good" and what's "bad".

People will celebrate or condemn the same thing, stoning to death to punish an "adulterer", Rumsfeld's endorsement of torture, smoking a joint, eating a cow, owning a Porsche, dancing to Abba, whatever.

Most of the people in America didn't stab a cat today and a majority (probably) didn't commit a mass shooting. Gee, that makes me feel so much better.

@neb @Geektastic I have thought about the bubble pack system but I would hate to put my pharmacist to all that hassle. I have medicines that I take once daily, twice daily, once a week, once every 10 days. I also self inject once weekly and once every 10 days. I also have as required medications in tablet, injection and liquid. I would have no idea

how a pharmacist could deal with that and the labour input would be huge. I have it loaded in Outlook so I remember when what how or it would all be a mess.

I stopped watching most news on TV and never listen to broadcast radio except in an emergency. I read the news that is important. Bad news sells advertising column centimetres and time slots good news doesn't count. With all due respect I feel you are creating a false idea of the world in general and you could do with a break from viewing, reading and listening to all the media filtered stuff in order to generate profit at the cost of mental health (I mean society in general)

Crikey dick!

I'm not sure I could cope with all of that WITHOUT the help of the pharmacists!

A number of pharmacies have dispensing robots. It's not putting a pharmacist to any hassle, it's their job.

@Handsomedan If you have ever watched the movie Old Dogs (John Travolta, Robin Williams) there is a very funny part where they get their medication mixed up by their kids. It sums up well my trepidation.
