Mean kids who go out of their way to hurt other kids feelings.
Do you want to tell us what they did to you? 😇
Getting a text from my phone provider that begins with "we've got a deal for you!". This "deal" involves paying 2.25x as much per month as I currently do.
"Preheat oven to 210° for 10 minutes"
What does this even mean? Am I preheating it to 210, or am I preheating it for 10 minutes (which gets to about 150)?

You probably need some new door hinges or a new door seal if you're only getting to 150C after 10 minutes.
Context is important here. If you're heating something like a pizza stone, then you'll want to wait for that to heat, not just the air around it. For almost everything else, just whack it in when you get to the desired temperature.
Hah the point is when following a recipe or instructions you should be able to follow it literally. It's poor grammar.
Maybe if it was written as "at" instead of "to" it would make better sense, or "Preheat oven to 210° for a full 10 minutes" -- clearly "at" is needed there (not that a partial 10 minutes should be a thing and that'll just annoy someone else...). People that write recipes will assume it's a simple instruction that everyone should know.
Queue grammar argument.

Interesting. I hadn't even considered that there could be something wrong with it.

Nothing like that involved here.

Indeed. I've mentioned Food Bag in this thread before, but many of the recipes don't make sense when followed to the letter. The ingredient list may include "one tomato, thinly sliced" and then the method will tell you to thinly slice the tomato. This, if taken literally, will result in ultra-thin slices.
Taking a piss only to find a small side stream has started from the main flow without my knowledge untll there is a large wet patch. 😀
Annoying further when you away from home.

Totally agree - I was making one of these kits the other day and it said something along the lines of " get the noodles, pour over the sauce".
I figured it out but that kind of instruction grates my cheese, big time.

This is one of the reasons that publications often have a recipe testing panel.
Still Aramex.
Picked up on 2/9/21 - marked as an essential item so could be delivered (but I didn't know it was coming from outside of AKL)
Sat in Transit for a LONG time. There was a note that if the status didn't move for 24hrs to use the web form and contact them.
I've done that 3 times now.
No response, but now it's being held until we come out of lockdown, assumedly.
Once again, This was marked as essential so should have been able to be delivered.
