How can I ask a question to all UFB users about the speeds the are getting?

My ISP has a bottleneck that means any single connection beyond Australia is limited to 14Mb on a 100Mb connection.
I would like to know, is that normal with all NZ ISPs? I can do a speedtest to the USA to a city and ISP of a friend and get 14Mb, but he, with identical windows7 machine can get 100Mb speedtest to my nearest city.

It just seems odd and really feels like an artificial cap. /rant

So ummm yeah, I would like to ask that but there is no UFB forum to hear what others are getting and I don't really want to spam the same question to all the ISP broadband forums, that would just seem wrong.
