We should fill Zeppelins with icebergs then.

I'd have a lot more sympathy for this woman if she hadn't gone to the media telling them that she owed money. Certainly more people know now than would have found out from walking down her street... Albeit we don't know the actual numbers.

From the Herald today... And you guessed it, Sir Ron Brierley (in the photo) is not mentioned a single time in the actual article. Photo completely irrelevant to the article:

You need to be careful reading this kind of stuff. It may damage your IQ.

I agree. Mark Richardson should have got top billing. (Unless Hillary Barry is there...)   :-)   But yeah, news headlines????? Unreal

This is accurate. A headline is the header of an article. These are the latest headlines. You happen to have looked during an update. If you want to be a bit more serious look at the sections instead of the front page.

Stuff and NZH could be a lot better at presenting items based on interest. At the same time they both know that people spend more time on trivia/entertainment stories than those same people care to admit. If they don't publish those stories they lose readers and revenue.

My point exactly, they look like adverts for TVNZ not news, apart from possibly the last one

I don't know how to paste a headline as an image, but this one from their latest "news" headlines sure as $hit is dumb:

"Inside Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's late night out together"
