When Trump is involved you don't waste "c" words on anyone else.

It's a real place: https://southlandnz.com/listing/ringa-ringa-heights-golf-club/208/; or are you pointing out the minor typo of 'islands'?

Not just "Islands": it's "Stewart", not "Stuart".

Whoops; true enough. Sorry, I'm not great at spelling at the best of times myself...

Clickbait headlines referring to the vessel being a “Military tanker”. Sensationalist, totally incorrect and misleading. It’s a civilian tanker that happens to be contracted by the military.

However. Being fairly sure I knew what I would get, I asked ChatGPT “Where are the Stuart Islands?”

And bingo - apparently we’ve all got it wrong because:

“The Stuart Islands are located in the Southern Hemisphere, specifically off the southeastern coast of New Zealand’s South Island. There are two main groups of islands known as the Stuart Islands:

1. The larger Stuart Island, also known as Rakiura, is the third-largest island in New Zealand, located to the south of the South Island. It is part of the Stewart Island/Rakiura group and lies between the South Island and the Subantarctic Islands.

2. There are also smaller Stuart Islands found in various locations, like the Stuart Islands in Alaska, but the most commonly referenced ones are the ones near New Zealand.

Stuart Island/Rakiura is known for its rugged terrain, wildlife, and natural beauty, often regarded as a haven for bird watchers and nature lovers.”

That's what you get when ChatGPT turns and says "hey SIRI where's...." before replying.

They've plastered over the obvious "count letters" challenges, but deep down its spelling still sucks,

Hey ChatGPT: Spell raspberry with an X instead of r

ChatGPT said: If you replace each "r" in "raspberry" with an "x", you get "xaspbexy".

Eehhh.... Can't deny what's clearly true - there is a good reason I type just about everything and not handwrite - much easier to fix!

I did gently criticise my wife's misuse of apostrophes. I shan't make that mistake again...
