A couple of devices I bought over the years (not at the same time) were exhibiting intermittent issues (one was a media player and the other a router). After dealing with the online support people at each company they both finally emailed me saying that I should take them back to the retailer and get them replaced. I just took the emails into PBtech along with the faulty items and got the devices replaced without hassles.
