I wouldn't be surprised if Google generates these lines when there is no data

I wonder if it is based on age. Mine comes up with marriage, divorce , house etc. But if I don't log in, it comes up with cigarettes, braces, abortion, university, which tend to be teenager searches. Google is creepy.
