Chew Barka would’ve been the next suggestion.

Rudolph the red nosed reindeer.  He went down in history...

Subtle and silly at the same time, nice.

Groan!!!!

How do you tell the difference between female ants and male ants?

Drop them in water. If they sink they are girl ants and the rest are buoyant.

I decided to donate blood today but they kept asking all sorts of stupid questions.

"Whose blood is this?"

"Where did you get the bottle?"

I met a woman who worked for an atheist charity.
Apparently it was a non-prophet organisation.

Too subtle for the texting generation.

I don't think there is ever a bad time to talk about how absurd war is, how old men make decisions and young people die. - George Clooney

My grandfather could never throw  anything away .... he died in the war holding a hand grenade

My other grandfather was navigationally challenged. He joined a support group and they decided to do a charity walk from Cape Reinga to Bluff.  He drowned shortly after they started

My other grandfather was a burglar. The rest of my family were in the armed offenders squad. My grandfather died surrounded by his family.

My other grandfather died in his sleep - unlike the passengers in his car who died screaming

My other grandfather cant do what he used to - bless him. ...You know .... bomb the Japanese

My other grandfather was a peeping tom. He used to drill holes in the floor and spy on the people in the flat below. He died recently, but I like thinking about him up there somewhere, looking down on us.”
