Apple at its best.

https://www.engadget.com/2016/11/15/designed-by-apple-in-california-photo-book

There might be a queue outside Apple store for this launch event. I like Apple products, they are generally very high quality (at a price of course) - and I am sure this one will be as well. But Apple's taking a piss right?

Plenty of fanboys/girls will buy it.

They have to try and bolster their declining sales somehow.

I would recommend waiting for the 2nd gen. One should never buy the 1st gen :)

The price is a joke. It is the type of book you expect to be discounted down to $20, as it is just a coffee table book. I wonder how they are going to get on with Trump, as he wants manufacturing moving back to the US, otherwise potentially big tarrifs.

I can think of a few on my Yahoo iPad/iPhone group that will buy. If its a doco/history book and well done, it would be quite cool. But is a bit weird. $99-95 they would get quite a lot of fans/fanboys, but, yeah, well.

I think they do some Macs or iMacs in the US now. Be another set of backdowns. Instead of targeting with tariffs, incentivise businesses to move back. Like tax free, he can advise on tax free, he has expertise there...
