Thanks to GoWifi and @michaelmurfy we have a MikroTik RB3011UiAS-RM to giveaway this month!

The MikroTik RouterBOARD RB3011 is a new multi port device, running an ARM architecture CPU for higher performance. The RB3011 has ten Gigabit ports divided in two switch groups, an SFP cage and a Superspeed full size USB 3.0 port, for adding storage or an external 3G/4G modem. The RB3011 comes in a 1U rackmount enclosure, and includes a touchscreen LCD panel, serial console port and PoE output functionality on the last Ethernet port.

Just in case you have not read the specifications - this is a router only, not a WiFi AP.

How to Enter: reply in this thread with stories about your current setup - router model, location, bugs that annoy you and how the MikroTik RouterBOARD RB3011 will change your life. Double entry points if you post an image of said "bug" (upload the image to Geekzone and use the BBCODE provided). Be creative here folks.

General rules: one entry per user only in our competition. One winner will be randomly selected. Winner will receive a MikroTik RouterBOARD RB3011. This giveaway is open to NZ residents and closes 28th February 2017 (New Zealand time). Winner will be selected in a random draw and contacted via PM. After confirmation we will post winner's username in this topic. Once confirmed winner will receive the prize by mail.

Email notification: this topic may get quite busy, so if you don't want to receive email notifications when new replies are posted, remember to uncheck the "E-mail me when someone replies to this post" option. An unsunscribe option is always sent with every email.

Waited long enough for the first winner to reply but the PM wasn't read. Did another draw just now and received a reply from the winner straight away.

And the winner is...
