Due to design of driveway and poor drainage on the road, (ok, and house being on a steep slope) we quite often have our internal garage flooded badly during big downpours, mainly because the drain in front of the garage was so shallow it wasnt funny. Levels would rise and splash over into the garage.

Thankfully this time we were well aware of this so I "sandbagged" in front of the garage to divert the bulk of the water away.

Then yesterday had help from a mate to cut up the drain in front of the garage, in preparation of us digging it out and installing this stuff instead which should solve all our problems :)

Clay drain is working so much better already, than the concrete one that was there ;)
