On this page, they have a picture that has a heavy watermark from a stock image library, 123rf. I'd have thought if they had paid for the image there wouldn't be a watermark.

More importantly, why bother putting a caption if your opening sentence will repeat it WORD FOR WORD and be right underneath anyway?
