I am wondering in what universe a large cat can enter your home and take your dog off the end of your bed without:

 

1) Waking the dog, as dogs generally are very alert animals

 

2) waking the owners. I am not a particularly light sleeper but I think I'd be awake if there was a sudden movement at the end of my bed, a struggle etc. 

 

 

 

I read the link.

The dog did wake and started barking.

The owner did wake.

So that would be this universe.
