networkn:MSG?
Yup. Ajinomoto is the original 100+-year-old company founded to commercialise it.

Why wouldn't you? Recent work shows MSG is not the beast people make it to be. Lots of food contains natural MSG - tomatoes (always thought why ketchup is so attractive?), anchovies (why Worcestershire sauce makes food so good?), cheeses (yummy pizzas and toasties).
The "Doctor" who started the whole MSG Syndrome was in it as a wager. Read more here The Strange Case of Dr. Ho Man Kwok | Colgate Magazine

Was looking at the Countdown Bricks webpage because, even though we have no small kids, the kid in me thinks the bricks are cool.
On the page for a $15 Starter Pack, there's no info about the Starter Pack but the product description says: "... products and their ingredients are liable to change at short notice, which may affect nutritional, country of origin, ingredient and allergen information. Therefore, you should always check product labels before consuming."
Didn't realise that these Bricks were meant to be eaten.

Roses are red, that much is true, but violets are purple, not ****ing blue!

My eldest tried the 'but they go off in less than a day once they're opened' line on me.
I didn't have the heart to tell him I'd used that same line in reference to bottles of wine...

Got my USB-webcam build with RPi Zero2, Raspberry HQ camera and 8-50mm zoom lens ready for operation (little bit tricky with old Raspbian OS cam drivers not yet adapted to the new silicon). Quality is by far better than my Logitech C930e at a comparable price tag.

You're just splitting hares.
Don’t you mean ‘spitting hares’? As in:
Q: How do you get rid of pubic hare?
A: Just spit it out.
So we’ve gone full circle - and have derived the meaning of that well-known, useful and legitimate expression ‘hare’s breath’. QED.

You know what made me smile this weekend?
I went to a BBQ. We adhered to the rules, and stayed outside and were under 25 people, but man it was nice to hang out with some old friends and just gas the night away like there wasn't a care in the world.
We all said how much we'd missed it and apart from the awkwardness of not being able to hug one another and sitting a decent space apart (which tends to happen at a summer BBQ anyway), it really was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had in a long time.
I was quite overwhelmed at one point, as I just didn't realise what a social animal I am...boy have I missed socialising!
