Indiana Jones 4 is not good at all, very boring movie imo.
But I would like for Jumper to have sequels because it seems like that kind of movie that can be a trilogy. Even thought the first one wasn't very good, it was okay.

Jaws.
Because it was on TV. Still an awesome movie if you get over the rubber shark.

If you're looking for some great crime TV I've recently finished Luther, Broadchurch, and The Fall All great shows in their own ways. Especially pretty in HD.

Just watched Iron Man 3.

Just for clarity - I am an Iron man/marvel fan.

Was it as good as the others? Not sure...will have to watch it again to be certain.

Plot - OK
Acting - Good as usual (let's face it - Robert Downey Jr IS Tony Stark)
Special Effects - Good
Action - Not bad
Token Kid - annoying but actually well acted
Hidden scene at end of credits - perfect tie-in to Avengers II

Overall, I enjoyed it, but am on the fence with this one.
I really enjoyed Iron Man, Enjoyed Iron Man 2 a little less and may like this one a little more than 2, but less than the original...maybe.

Score over all, after first viewing? 6.5/10

Jobs: 7/10
I found it ok. Luckily the beginning ticked over quickly and I think Ashton portrayed the passion very well. Interesting to see it but not one to watch again and again.

Hanna: 8.5/10
Really interesting movie about a dad training his daughter to be an assassin. Saoirse Ronan was excellent as the main character.

Catfish: 6/10
Not sure if it is a true story or not. A documentary approach to a Facebook fraud event. Was a bit creepy (in a this feels dodgy way) but also highlights what people do to get attention and then it was a bit sad towards the end as you felt for the situation the person was in.

Definitely true and has spawned a really good TV show in its second season now, where instead of it being about his experiences, he helps regular people find out about their own online relationships.  There's some really cray cray people on it, and some really nice ones too.

Just saw World War Z. Seriously lacking in atmosphere and far too short. Also saw Elysium recently. Another quick paced movie. Seriously, if we could have 30 more minutes for character development it could have been more entertaining.

I'm considering The Wolverine next but seeing as how I'm a comic book buff and I'm not fond of anything that pits the Silver Samurai against Wolverine, I'm walking in with a heavy negative bias.

World War Z: 6/10. Entertaining enough to not be bored.
Elysium: 5/10. Entertaining for the first half.

P.S. If you haven't had a chance to listen to the audiobook for World War Z, give it a listen. It's got the voice of Alan Alda and that should be enough.

Hansel and Gretel Get Baked : Yeah.... just dont. 2/10.

Hansel and Gretel : Witch Hunters - amusing and gory "modern" take on the story - was enjoyable but definite "leave brain at door" :) 6.5/10

Now You See Me - 7/10

Saw this at the movies last night, and it was quite enjoyable.  It's a fun movie, with a plot that is not too taxing, and easy enough to follow.  You're left under no illusion (see what I did there?) about the film's "twists", and the emphasis on misdirection at the start makes it hard to ignore the bombardment of "misdirections" that are thrown at the screen for the following 90 minutes.  Despite that, it's not enough to spoil what is a fun way to spend a couple of hours.  The key actors do a reasonable job of portraying magicians who are embroiled in an overly elaborate scheme to get revenge for a past slight, and nobody really stood out, either as really impressive or shameful.  My only gripe would be that the Four Horsemen (played by Jesse Eisenberg, Isla Fisher, Woody Harrelson, and Dave Franco) only put up a facade of character, and no effort is really made to give this ensemble more depth than a superficial, but friendly-enough, banter.  Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman do well enough, and Mark Ruffalo is fine as the main leading character, a cop on the trail of the Four Horsemen.

As enjoyable as it is, it doesn't surpass what is, for more, the best "magic" film of recent time - The Prestige.  While it's clever in its own way, it doesn't quite have the same style, depth of story, or imagination as The Prestige.

Agree with Now You See Me, I'd give it a 6.5/10. I was expecting it to be pretty bad, it got horrible reviews, but it wasn't that bad IMO.

Pain and Gain - 6.5/10 - Based on a true (but barely believable) story. Dwayne Johnson appears to be in everything at the moment, and Mark Wahlberg does an OK job. I think it came out more as a comedy than the actual events were, but I found it watchable and laughed in a few places.
