Im confused is this pick either forza + hotwheels or the steep game?

Which game is worth more as I dont want any of them and would want to sell.

I think it includes Steep + The Crew and Forza Horizon 3.

 

The Warehouse's Xbox One S bundle is supposed to include these three games (for around the same price), so I'm guessing that it's a generic bundle rather than a retailer one.
