Love the stats posted in MF's email, mind boggling. I especially liked the reminder to me to log in today. Thanks, but like many here, reminder not required!!!  cool

2003? I think I can just about remember 2003....!

Good job. I probably "know" more people here than I do IRL. I also learn a lot about tech stuff, not being truly geeky in the network engineer/IT/mobile network sort of way that many here are. One of my key learning experiences is the For Sale thread, where I see a post that says "For Sale: Uber Tech Widget Carbon 9777884444 techno-whizz (note - A shape not G shape)" or some such and then have to run and look up what is actually being sold, because I never heard of one...!

If only my memory was good enough to recall why I first joined/what my first post was about. Hmm ...

If you go into your profile you can see every post you ever made.. looks like it was to ask about Woosh speeds in Dunedin for your brothers.

Let me add my congratulations. Like many I’m a daily visitor, and I’ve found the community to be great. Must get along to one of the IRL pizza nights one day.

Looking at my profile, I realised that next week is my 10year anniversary, meaning I have been here for 20% of my life (the week after is that significant birthday :/)

A great community to be a member of! Some knowledgeable people here and the response times are pretty quick! People are on GZ all day.

Also congrats to all and especially to freitasm on reaching this milestone. I passed my 10th anniversary several months ago. Geekzone has also become a daily habit for me. Don't know what I would do without it.

Forgive me Father for I have Sinned its been August Last year that I last logged in.!! I don't no how I let this lapse go for so long. Saw MF's Email yesterday jogged my obviously failing memory.  I been a member 13 years now and enjoyed the experience plus the IRL times in various parts of the country.

Well done team

One of my first posts was discussing the speed increases on TelstraClear's new 10mbps plans (in 2007). Fast forward 10 years, and I was on their 1000mbps plan...

Congratulations GZ, Mods, Mauricio. Relatively a newbie (3 years) to GZ.

Here's to the next 15 years.
