@FineWine @timmmay - That formatting should be okay now. All good?

Thank you @stu. That will teach me not to cut & paste from a pop window in the future. I even tried editing in a text editor seems that did not work.

This year has been my worst ever for amazon shipments.

I have had five shipments go astray this year. Two with iParcel and the rest with DPD. The DPD shipments have dreadful tracking info and often just vanish down a wormhole or something with no more info other than "left a facility."

I have had constantly good results with amazon this year, always well in advance of the estimated date and nothing gone missing at all.

Not really paid any attention to who they came thru since I put the work address and they are just on my desk one day.

Did you get any redress on the items bought.  I have had only one missing shipment in the whole time I have bought off Amazon.  Putting aside my last parcel, DPD have been far slower by far than other international purchases, so it is a bit weird, but I guess it is what it is if you choose buy off Amazon.

Just spent most of the last week moaning and groaning about the lack of movement of a mini amp I ordered on 30 Dec, apparently sitting in some anonymous facility in the US since 2 Jan, due to arrive on 16 Jan. And now its turned up 8 days early. Not complaining any more, well except for the lack of updates.

Yes, I have had refunds or re-shipments for everything.

This morning, I was notified that an order placed last year has been returned to amazon and that a replacement was being sent. The report noted that DPD had a shipping problem.

I had a package damaged in transit late last year. I had to contact Amazon to get details, who told me to place another order with the next highest class of shipping and they'd refund shipping. Amazon service is always good.

I have had 4 Amazon items in a row go missing - all sent via DPD and all in the last few months. O.M.G. It is driving me mad! Amazon have refunded me, plus given me credit, but the point is, I ordered things because I want them, not for the hassle! Hells teeth, spoke to someone at Amazon yesterday and she is stumped as well and said to re-order things but to call them for the shipping upgrade for free, so they have been good, but DPD.....

So that re-shipment was sent on the 17th of January. Currently the order status is "may be lost".

Another order placed in January is now also showing as "may be lost".

Both DPD. On the other hand, A couple of weeks ago, I placed an order on a Tuesday afternoon and the item was shipped via DHL. (Lowest cost.)

Delivered 3 days later (Friday.)

I don't know why Amazon doesn't sort this issue out. I suppose NZ is a low priority. Plus Kiwis don't complain like the Americans do.
