Yes Please,

The wife's Samsung has had two glass back replacements so far and it's cracked again, a phone with a decent solid frame so you don't need a cover would be awesome. And she is one of the original Nokia groupies ??

Johnnyrs: My 12yo daughter is stuck with an old samsung Y(oung) phone that can barely make phone calls. I'm a single dad of 3 with Parkinson's so unable to work & can never see me being able to afford a phone for her - at least a smart phone which she can use when at home where the mobile connection is patchy at best. A new Nokia would blow her & my minds ??

I bet there are several GZers here with a spare/replaced iPhone 5 or 6 she could have for nothing... anyone?

I will be replacing my iPhone 7. My love for Apple has faded and after watching Google IO this year I see Android has come to a point that I am happy to switch to (use to have a G-1 and the original Android OS). Be nice to be part of the Google world again.

Added bonus I dont need to get my screen repaired (again!)

In the past year i've gone through 4 phones, two down the toilet.  Bought cheaper phones after that, unfortunately they have no capacity and spend most of my life deleting apps so the damned thing will even function. Finally got a broken phone off my partner when they replaced his, it came back to life but not convinced that will last forever....

Looking to replace my Huawei P10. I would love to get back to vanilla android experience and bigger screen since my downgrade from a nexus a year ago.

Hopefully I can win this.

Hi,

I'd love to replace my you beaut Vodafone Smart Prime 6 - yes, the ones that people report the left-side becomes non-sensitive to touch.  My one also reboots several times a day.  (It's the fourth replacement Vodafone have given me - I've given up getting another).  I've just put up with the horrible piece of junk.

It replaces my Nokia Lumia 1520, which has it's own problems... the lower lights intermittently work, the microphone and speaker intermittently work (which makes a conversation pretty difficult).  It was such a lovely phone. :(

I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus (32GB) phone from the web a few weeks ago.  Liking it so far.  It does not have native Android though - Xiaomi's own MIUI 9 OS.  I think it's reasonably good value for under $250.  At least everything works on it.  The camera's not the best.  Doesn't have NFC.

Cheers!

Meet Mr. Huawei Y300. My backup phone, complete with Android 4.1.1 and all the responsiveness of a tortoise wading through molasses. I need to replace it before I die of old age while waiting for it to become useable after turning it on.

I'd replace my Nexus 6p which has developed sudden battery draining power issues after being a good phone for more than 2 years!

I'd love to get out from under Samsung, but a replacement/upgrade for the S7 Edge just isn't on the cards for any time soon.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

I have a Huawei I got for free as part of my mobile plan. It doesn't work too well (seems to like to turn itself off frequently). Would love to replace it with a decent phone!

The phone I'd be replacing is, sorry, WAS a Vodafone Smart Ultra 6. It served me faithfully for a number of years, until last night, when it threw itself into an infinite-reboot cycle. After doing everything I was able to try and nurture it back to health, it remains on the bench, still rebooting, unable to be turned off... This morning I find myself researching replacement phones, and with freakishly good coincidental timing, I get an email from Freitasm, telling me about this giveaway. I'd upload a photo, but lack the camera, dead phone and all...

Been looking to move to Android for a while now from my iphone 6 (had it for 3.5 years ).  Would love to get back to Nokia - brings back memories of the childhood!
