#2 son has been trying very hard to keep his birthday phone safe.  While shopping at K-Mart he put it on a shelf while trying on a sweatshirt.  The shelf tipped causing the phone to fall to the floor, and then the contents of the shelf fell on the phone.

I would like to replace my wifes Moto G with something nice that gets updates. Her old phone got kiddified and looked pretty horrendous. Then I got a work phone and passed my Moto G to her. A couple of days before giving it to her it was dropped by miss 6 and has a damaged corner, though thankfully not a smashed screen. Would be nice for her to get a new phone.

A new Nokia, that would be teriffic, I've had many Nokia's since sometime in the 1990's and most recently used a Nokia 6700 Slide for several years (it's still in the garage). It was a great little phone. I only stopped using it because Android Apps were taking over the world and and my poor old 6700 couldn't keep up. A new Nokia would go well with my new Geekzone 10 year badge

LG G4, worked fine for four months then went faulty. Was the subject of a small claims case. Was going to cost more to pursue the case than repair it myself. About 10 months after going faulty I repaired it myself at a fraction of the cost and it's worked fine ever since. Battery life starts to be stretched if I use it too much in a day.

This is almost embarrassing so the phone has gone into hiding. Nearly 2 decades old, it's been the victim of the bigger is better movement. As long as it remains in the box, it'll have the size. I doubt it'll ever come out now so that means I'll need to find a new and sexy replacement :)

It would be nice to replace the Samsung j5 with something a bit better.

Would be first Nokia since 8210. I still love that phone.

Thanks for entry

I would love one of these to replace my old iPhone 6 plus which is behaving very badly at the moment. Won't hold a charge... battery needs replacing again... I've been put off Android due to the lack of updates and telcos own versions; would love to try Android One

I currently have a Samsung S4 and two batteries both of which do not hold charge that well.

This would help out massively with my young family, as I have the funds right now to replace this phone.

I'm dead keen on this for two reasons.

A) My wife has an iphone SE and I was cheap and only got the 16GB model forgetting how much women take photos. I'm constantly having to help her as it uploads photos to Onedrive personal, eventually that starts to fill up so I have to show her how to shift them to her Onedrive for Business account (Why microsoft don't do photo upload to Onedrive for business I don't know). Then she doesn't trust the phone telling her its uploaded so she refused to clean photos off until she's seen them on her pc with her own eyes.

B) If switching from IOS to Android I'd only do it with naked Android that is kept up to date direct from Google so she's protected from some of the glaring security bugs that have been detected of late that Google patch quickly but other vendors can be very slow to the party.

She already has one foot in the android world with a basic Android tablet.

Fingers Crossed.

I currently have a Spark "Pro". Which is actually a ZTE Blade V7.

Now, the phone is ok (just).

BUT - I am sick...to...death of people thinking I have an iPhone.

Give me the distinctive styling of a Nokia 6.1 or 7 any day of the week!!!

I have now long endured the Meizu M3 Note. This is my 2nd. The 1st replaced under warranty. This one is suffering similar symptoms.

With recent unexpected expenses, wife's medical bills, replacement for unserviceable fridge etc. I'm putting my hand up for one of these.
