My wife still has her old Nokia phone even though the 2g network is long gone. She spent ages arguing with her Telco about it. Her cousin gave her an elderly iPhone 4s which is permanently plugged into a power bank as it only has a 20 minute battery life. She has forbidden me to buy her another phone and she regularly fires up the old Nokia as she has hundreds of contacts still in it. I dont think it will ever die

I would replace my iPhone 4S, which I inherited from my wife, who likes to get a new phone every year.. You know.. happy wife, happy life, since the iPhone 4S, she has had an iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, Galaxy S5, iPhone 6+, iPhone 6S+, iPhone 7, iPhone X and now a Galaxy S9.

I usually sell her old phone to kind of fund the purchase of the new phone, while keeping the 4S as it still kind of works, by which I mean I can make calls, text. Although I have lost the ability to use face-twit-snap-book-gram or whatever the young'uns use these days.

I would love to show you a photo, but the camera stopped working when it jumped out of my hand and landed on something hard...

My Samsung Galaxy Core Prime has never been quite right with a fuzzy camera, a clock that is often slow and always lack of space for apps, so I keep needing to delete something, only to do the reverse when I need the deleted app for something. Whenever I complain out loud about the phone, my son always tells me it serves me right for getting a crap phone. But $300 seemed like enough to spend on a phone, even a smart one. So a more capable phone would stop the laughs as I pull my phone out of my holster!

I hope this phone will replace my One Plus One, Its been dented, still works after being in the snow but time has now caught up with it.

Badly in need of updates which in turn if they came it will end up not starting up which currently even a cup of coffee does not make the wait any more bearable.

I would replace my recently purchased 2nd hand Nexus 6P and pass the 6P onto the missus. She doesn't like my old tired Nexus 5 with its short battery life and complains that I get all the "new" toys......

Would be a good thing to win this, so I can give it to an elderly and deaf mother:

I'm sure she'd find it very useful for communication via the "smarts" (maybe not so much the "phone").

I'd replace my father's unreliable Sony Xperia XZ with the moto E5.

This will be replacing my other half's Note 4 which has been a trusty companion but now slowing down and the photos it takes have a lot of "noise"
