There is a phone number in their whois record. No idea how accurate it is https://dnc.org.nz/whois/search?domain_name=mightyape.co.nz

Dont get me started on companies that hide their phone number on their website. I understand why as the cost of answering that phone is really expensive, much better you answer your own question in their FAQ.

Thats another when they have a Contact link that goes directly to their FAQ again to try and avoid the phone call, GGGRRRRR!

If you have a phone number, then essentially you need some form of call centre or call management system or a minimum of 1 staff member dedicated to calls. Otherwise the call ends up just going voice mail, or very long hold times. I think the bigger problem is companies treating emails as low prioroty. I am dealing with one company at the moment, who far off their email support overseas. So if I want NZ support, I have to phone them, as all their phone support is still in NZ

Insufficient contact details can be a breach of a company's merchant terms. But once they have a merchant facility the bank doesn't check up again.

Maybe not so helpful, but in my experience Mighty Ape are faster at responding to emails and chat requests than many companies are at answering a phone call. It's also a far more efficient method of customer service imo, plus you can have a written record of the outcome.

The only number in all of my emails from them is the same as recorded in the Whois records: +6494759305
