I imagine this is happening in NZ as well....or will soon.

There was an in depth article on youtube a couple of years back that dug into this with Viagogo.

 

Still around (can't link it from here where its blocked) that shows hidden camera footage of them cracking deals with the promoter for ticket percentages and giving staff incentive, and books of credit cards to load up on tickets when they hit the market to resell.

 

Not new, but finally coming more to light how dodgy the unmanaged practice is
