Well still my reply from these people. I have decided to keep emailing them and I have also sent a copy of all of my emails to the Post Office Box hoping that this will stir them up to doing something. I can't understand why they reply to some people and not others and why some refunds have been processed.
I am getting really angry with them now but will just keep sending hourly emails until I can get a response from them. They have my bank details so can't say they don't know them. Hopefully they will pick up the courier stuff but I doubt it very much. They are very crafty these people and I think they have probably paid a few out and then disappeared.
Still no contact from these people. Parcel still sitting at Mt Roskill post office waiting for collection. I can almost guarantee that they won't pick up the parcel. Any one else had any luck with these people? No deposit in my account overnight either. I am sending emails hourly but not even sure if the gmail account is still active. I also took the liberty of posting a copy of my emails to them and a letter so hopefully they will get it via the post office box. The post office did confirm that the box is still open but there are quite a lot of "packages" waiting there for collection!!!
Will check into this but as far as I know these people are in Mt Roskill, Auckland. They have a Mt Roskill bank account at ANZ, Mt Roskill Post Office box and one of the numbers that I found was an Auckland number. The bank manager at Mt Roskill did say she could contact them in Auckland. The website isn't working and shows account suspended.
I am prepared to get a private detective onto these guys no matter what the cost and see if I can track them down that way. Will keep everyone posted. Still no response to emails
I had thought they were doing there best, but the parcel has been left sitting at their post office box for the last 5days, i have emailed them and asked to collect so I can get my refund no reply. Strange how thy were replying and making amends, now nothing. Im going to email this morning saying im going to the police. They sent me counterfeit products, asked to return it, they agreeed and said they would refund asap once recieved, but not picking up the parcel is unfair, they have my money and now they have the package too. Very disspointed. In this day & time, people can't afford to be ripped off.
I have a person a courier post keeping an eye on my package at Mt Roskill Post Office but assume that it will just sit there with the rest of them waiting to be collected. There are quite a few there apparently.
I suggest sending a letter also to the post office as they may be clearing the post office. I am going to try and find out whether they are or not (not sure if I will get this information but will try).
Just checked out the address in NaeNae and its a empty shop as far as I can tell. It was for lease a while ago but nothing. Think they just plucked an address out of no where and used it.
I am getting really peeved with these guys. I will continue to send hourly emails and then print off at end of day and post to them.
I am determined to get my money back as others have got their money back so what not me!!!
Ditto, it appeared they were doing the right thing, but 5days later, no replys to email, no collection. Doesn't sound promising, I feel even more ripped off as I gave them the benefit of the doubt, that they were going to sort it. But that has been slapped back in my face aswell. Ripped off twice by the same people.
I just checked my bank account, I have a $120 refund put through, not sure from them or not, but it was only $120 not he $217 I paid, the other people who got a refund, was it in full? have they short changed me $97??
From what I can gather i-store have quite a nice understanding of NZ law. Speaking to the police today there is basically nothing they can do to help anyone who has actually recieved product from i-store, so for all of us who have had a parcel from them of fake GHD's it becomes a consumer affairs issue. It appears i-store have addressed refunding their customers who have actually recieved nothing - hence the refund Steph got - because paying for something and not recieving it is a criminal police issue. So I have no idea what to do from here. I will put it down to experience I think and stop wasting my energy stressing about these pricks!
Wow you are lucky if this is from them? Can you check where it came from. It gives me hope that they have paid you but then they haven't acknowledged my claim or authorised me to send the parcel to them. Did they tell you to send the parcel back to them? Or did you just do this yourself. Wonder whether they have collected your parcel??
They asked me to return it, (its pasted a few pages earlier in this forum) they said once recieved they would refund asap. But $120 is not a full refund, and Im still down $87 plus the couirier fee's I paid to return it. Thats not a full refund, and why should I be down $87 when I have absolutely nothing to show for it!
At least you have something. I told them I was happy to pay the courier charge but wanted $197.40 refunded to me. I am going to keep hounding them because if others have been paid out then I want to be as well. Wonder how many other people they conned who aren't aware of this website?
I know I should be slightly happy, if that payment is from them, and it's not showing up as who it came from, the reference though says refund ikki which makes me think it is from them, but thats still $90 short, why should I lose $90 and have nothing t show for it. Ive emailed them like 10x with the inc=voice showing how much I paid, the email they sent saying they would refund me, and asking for the full amount of $197 to be refunded to me, meaning im still paying the shipping to nz and to the post office box, which is $17 already, I just want the full cost for the ghd refunded. and it was not only $120.
Just keep on at them. Thats what I intend to do. Don't just accept that part payment. I wonder who has done the deposit? Wonder how muchit would cost to trace the funds? My bank said as a "favour" they can trace funds into my account so maybe yours can to.
