23andme.com is co founded by wife of Google co founder Sergey Brin, Anne Wojcicki, it allows you to get access to your genetic information then compare and share it with others. Personal DNA analysis and research for health, family, ancestry, and genealogy.

For those who are interested 23andme (www.23andme.com) has a 24 hour sale to celebrate DNA day. Kits are usually $199 + shipping and $9 a month for 12 months (subscription).

Until the end of the day PDT (pacific daylight time) kits are now $0 upfront + shipping and $9 a month for 12 months.

My wife and I did the test last year, gave some really interesting information about health, traits, relatives etc. The subscription ensures that your DNA info is applied to the new discoveries they publish (which is every week or so).

Soo getting one of these kits will tell google everything about you they didn't already know....

I find it all a wee bit too scary actually.

Just credit card I think, subscription charged monthly unless you gift a kit, then it's paid upfront.
