Ive just had a 5 day turnaround on something, still waiting on others from January. Aliex just extended things massivly for the shipping time so all my calandar entries to claim on them are now useless and I have to go thru and move them to the new dates, and they will probably just do a bulk extension of them again.

Car tyres? I doub't they'd be NZPost material? - everyone else is seemingly BAU. It's just the backlog that NZPost had shut the door on for a bit. But that has possibly been lifted again as we got 3 china parcelposts this week... and their site was updated yesterday

Updated: 06 March 2020
Ends: Until further notice

Delivery to China during Covid-19: Full mail and parcel services have resumed to China, including International Air Letters/Parcels and International Courier Documents/Parcels.

Ordered some router bits on Feb. 1st.

Picked on the 17th, dispatched on the 20th, and departed China on 25th.

Not sure when they will arrive in NZ?

Not in any rush, so they will turn up one day.

FWIW I’ve ordered a couple of toys I collect from a China based Store over the last 3 weeks using their cheapest shipping method (usually a buck or two), both arrived as per normal this week, unchanged by Coronavirus as far as I could tell.

Router bits that left China on 25th Feb finally arrived on 24th of March.

Someone must have a huge warehouse full of parcels backed up somewhere?

Aliexpress is sending me emails with special offers every day, but with our low dollar and unknown freight deliveries I am not doing any buying at the moment.

Oh well, I now have 4 weeks to play with the new bits.

I'm still waiting on a package ordered on 18 January. Buyer protection expires tomorrow and they did not respond to my request to extend it, so a dispute is the only option unless I'm willing to take the risk on the item never arriving or arriving damaged, which I'm not.

Yeah the ones I had out standing were all less than 20 dollars so wasn't too worried. Was very surprised to see it with so many flights etc cancelled.
