freitasm: No, no... Pizza with no cheese sounds wrong. Just wrong!

haha i totaly agree with you i tried a pizza without cheese once... it just wasn't the same

Better to eat the topping cheese and all, then throw the base away.

Cheese also has the important property of binding all the stuff together on the pizza. Otherwise you may just end up with a loose collection of roasted meats and vegies.

Had a homemade hawaiian-style pizza tonight. My best result to date!

By all means put cheese on it - but why not try a little less quantity or perhaps a lower fat cheese than mozzarella?
