One of the few movies I ever saw at the flicks more than once, delves into what it is to be human and our coming doom as confirmed by Steven Hawking. Plus it's got car chases.

 

Terminator 2

 

Fun fact: Bill Paxton has a cameo at the beginning of The Terminator, making him the only actor to have been killed by the Terminator, a Xenomorph, and the Predator.

Difficult one, but probably The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
