Then 5 days in NZ to move:

NZ Post advises most packages will be delivered within 7 days once they are handed to them, due to a 4-5 day backlog.

Pre-COVID they were already failing well short of their targets, so I have zero sympathy for them if they're now drowning in mail.

Is there a better way to track orders rather than in ali express shipping / tracking?

I just had 3 parcels, one ordered in the first and second week of jan and the second week of feb, all showing up within a few days of each other.... seems like something really went wrong with the dec/jan deliveries for aliexpress

They probably all got shoved in the same container and boat recently arrived.

BTW I've been seeing some really obvious tracking inconsistencies, that indicates they are making half the updates up.

Geez, I knew Auckland traffic was bad.....

Yesterday 18:00 In transit to local depot Auckland, New Zealand (From International / cleared)

Still hasn't arrived at the local depot 26 hours later! (NZPost Tracking)

At this rate it might (And I stress might!) arrive here (Christchurch) for my birthday in June!

My order was shipped 5 Mar and is supposed to have left China then. The Ali graph shows it is a little bit away from China so presumably it is in a plane that has been circling for a month!

OK, Ali is cheap but only if the stuff arrives within a reasonable time.

Just checked with All in One Package Tracking - they say probably not shipped yet. Grrr.

My one is still in a holding pattern in Auckland - Yet to get to the "local" NZPost Depot!

Last update (Still) from NZPost:

30/3/2021 18:00 In transit to local depot Auckland, New Zealand

Nothing unusual there. I've had this take over a week and one Amazon package go missing in transit to the local depot. So much for their claims of three days and unpublished policy of five. It should arrive next week.

Hope you got a refund, getting a free product is worth the 6 months wait?

My robot vacuum parts ordered 2nd Feb turned up on a courier today, so about two months. Seems a bit odd they come most of the way on a slow boat from China then express at the last step, but good they arrived.
